From Bangkok to Toronto
When Khun Somchai and Khun Noi opened Baan Thai in 2008, they had one mission: bring the authentic flavors of their homeland to Toronto. No shortcuts, no compromises—just honest Thai cooking.
Every curry paste is ground fresh. Every sauce is made in-house. The recipes? Passed down from Khun Noi's grandmother in Chiang Mai. Today, their daughter Ploy continues the tradition, keeping those family secrets alive.
